yesternite my siblings and i stumbled upon a crazy discovery. we found out that there's a bum living behind our backyard! we just moved into this house about 3 months ago and behind it is a fenced wooden area. But now that the trees are naked w/o their leaves we're able to see what's in there. we realized that there's also a narrow river nearby, i knew that i was hearing some kind of water flow from time to time but thought it was just the fridge or something hehe.

anyways, the bum totally has a shack made out of wooden boards and he's probably about 20-30 ft. away from our house. my daddy said that one time he was looking out the window and he saw the hooded man walking towards the house and when they saw each other, the man turned around and walked the other way . my siblings and i just stood there staring at the shack, discussing the precautions we have to take now that we know he's there. ie. getting naked w/ the windows open. we might be overexaggerating cuz he might be a nice person for all we know, but when was the last time you had a bum living in your backyard?! hehe. i can't help but feel scared and also kawawa for the man. i can only imagine how crazy cold it gets at night when he's sleeping. i'm surprised he's not frozen yet.

- i had my chemistry exam this morning, i don't think staying up till almost 4 last night paid off much, bio exam tomorrow morning and then 4 hours of studying till physics exam, and i'll be officially done this sem by 630 tomorrow night bebe!

- do u ever wonder why plants are green??
       it's because light comes from solar energy from the sun, and from that spectrum of visible light there ranges light colours from violet to blue to green to red, with energy levels from 380-750nm.  in order for this light to be used, it must be aborbed by pigments. some light is absorbed some are reflected. chlorophyll a is a pigment of green plants which absorbs violet, blue, and red light and reflects green light. so the colour that u see on plants is actually the colour being relected by the pigments of the plant. cool huh? oh and if u want your plants to grow better, put them under red light b/c they're absorbed the best at 650-690nm, blue light is also good, but not green because now u know that your plant won't even absorb that light. =)

hiya guys!

it's been a really long time eh? hehe...i needed a distraction from my chemistry/biology/physics books so i decided to do some xanga blog updating, because i know that you all missed me .  (correction: i needed a distraction from other distractions keeping me from my chemistry/biology/physics books). 


if you all have forgotten:  Hi! My name is Danica Angelita Flores, i'm 18 years of age. i go to la universidad de ese efe u (SFU).  I like school, but apparently it doesn't like me, so we don't get along sometimes, but we have our moments. I like many other things as well, just to name a few: Jesus, food, singing, music, musical instruments (eventhough i myself don't play one), laughing, sleeping/napping, humour, hot boys, hot girls, my laptop.  I take showers everyday but i only wash my hair once every other day because apparently that'll keep my hair healthier??? and i want it to grow to its original length as soon as possible.

anyways, that was fun eh?? it was. don't worry i'll try updating my xanga more frequently now just cuz.  But you all probably won't see this cuz you probably deleted me from your subscriptions list anyways. So i'll just be doing it for my own satisfaction. I gotta go get ready.

the break i've been anticipating for in the midst of studying, reading, and learning...and this is what it comes up to...nothing  hhhmmm i guess it's my fault, cause i'm too lazy to get off my couch potato bum and find something to do besides watch tv, movies, and more tv.  too much of a good thing just isn't fun anymore...but on a lighter note, i have friends this week!! hehe i mean friends that are available to chill yay!!

it's been so long since i last updated, i don't even know where to start...well, i graduated!  and no i'm not looking forward to university, everyone talks about it as if it was gonna be the end of my life..thanks a lot! at least i still have the option of working at superstore for the rest of my life..hehe jk

anyways, i better get some sleep on..i plan to wake up extra early than usual cause i've been waking up at lunch time everyday, a total waste of a day sleeping...i figured if i woke up earlier, i'd have more time to waste to watch tv just jokes..i actually have stuff planned already for the whole week!! i'm excited!
